This is a stunning cool climate Sparkling Rose made in the traditional method. This Single Vineyard Cuvée is named after the winemaker’s daughter also named Nina, and it is the inaugural release of this wine. Yabby Lake Vineyard was established by the Kirby family in Tuerong and over the years has built a remarkable reputation for single vineyard Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The team aim to create single vineyard wines of great purity and character, reflective of the site and the season.

Mornington Peninsula Wines

South of Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula grape growing region has a cool, maritime climate that is most known for their Pinot Noir and Chardonnay production. Other varieties that have seen some success here include Pinot Gris and Tempranillo.
