With notes of citrus, white flowers and red berries, the Brut Royal is classic champagne. Founded in the 1800s, Pommery was the first French house to create the “brut” style we know today: clean, crisp, and smooth enough to drink all night long! With an elegance that gets it to the Portsea Polo (#humblebrag, lol) it has an easy-drinking quality that suits oysters, brie, or a cheeky midnight toastie.
The house was founded as Pommery & Greno in 1858 by Alexandre Louis Pommery and Narcisse Greno. Under the guidance of Alexandre's widow, Louise Pommery, the house grew into one of the largest Champagne houses and to this day produce elegant and complex Champagne's.
