Only made in years with perfect conditions, this late harvest wine exhibits rich fruity aromas of red apple and orange blossom. This high-end, dry Riesling was cool fermented in stainless steel with sugar-tolerant yeasts. It resulted in a delicate and refreshing palate showing ripe peach and citrus flavours followed by a clean finish. It pairs best with cheese before or after meals and is a perfect match to most desserts.
