About this Wine

The Gelas Cordialor is a liqueur made from the essence of green oranges macerated in Armagnac, creating a balanced and flavorful spirit. It is produced by Maison Gelas, a family-run business in France that has been making spirits since 1865.

Aroma and flavor: The liqueur has notes of orange, citrus, and warm spices. It is made with hand-picked green oranges from the Caribbean, chosen for their aromatic peak.
Production: The orange peels are dried in the sun and then macerated in Armagnac, which is then distilled to create the orange essence extract. The spirit is then aged in old oak casks for several months.
History: The original recipe was developed by Thomas Gélas in 1798.
Serving suggestions: The manufacturer recommends enjoying the Cordialor on its own, with ice, or in a long drink or cocktail.
