About this Wine

Fruit from Diamond Ridge, Spring Hill and Anvers all of which lie in the South of the Adelaide Hills Wine region. This area enjoys warm days and significantly cooler nights - perfect for the development of complex flavours, vibrant colour and elegant tannins in Shiraz, and has the added benefit of a subtle maritime influence adding to the uniqueness of this sub region within the Adelaide Hills. A deep, vibrant pink colour, expect ripe raspberry, blackcurrant jube, black liquorice and pepper on the nose, with fresh raspberry, savoury aniseed spice and subtle mint on the palate.

The artwork on the bottle was created by young emerging Sydney artist, Martin Medero, titled Red Door. Martin is an artist, painter and builder. His practice is informed by the diverse fields of motorcycle culture, painting, building and communication design, exploring the language of each discipline in the pursuit of a unifying philosophy.
