About This Wine
Lovely citrus characters of limes and tangerines give a fresh, clean nose. Some subtle talc and floral notes add lift and interest. The wine shows delicacy and finesse on the palate. It is crisp and clean and lingers wonderfully in the mouth. The lime is the dominant fruit character on the palate, backed by the floral notes. The natural acidity gives great structure and balance, but still the palate has a tantalizing juiciness.
The Wine Front – Great Southern riesling. The keys are simple: crunch and intensity. It tastes of grapefruit, lime and slate but the flavours themselves aren't the thing. It's the fresh burst of flavour; the crackle and spark of it. It's very good.
