Deep, glossy mahogany appearance. The bouquet is intensely cocoa-like and smells like quality drinking chocolate. The palate is light to medium bodied. Drinking chocolate at first, less the bitterness, becoming more jaffa like at mid palate. Good concentration. Finishes slightly drier, with the jaffa / cocoa flavours persisting at length. 18% Alc./Vol.
