Characterized by orchard and stone fruit aromas, this wine balances flavors of yellow apple and pear with minerality and acidity. Dry and fuller in body, this Pinot Blanc is ideal for warm-weather foods, especially salads, asparagus (in season now!), cold meats and poultry. Though it’s an easy-drinking wine, it has a long, lasting finish.
Fresh and ready to drink now, this wine can also be cellared for two to four years.
