Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Pronounced lemon and lime scents are followed by Granny Smith apple, wet steel and chalky talc notes. Zesty lemon, lime and Granny Smith apple flavours have a crunchy feel across the tense, tightly wound palate. Steely acidity with chalky talc and flinty mineral elements lingering underneath. Excellent concentration finishing dry, long and snappy.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
