We fully guarantee the quality of a wine and that it arrives to you in good condition. This means if in the rare case the wine has been spoiled due to bottle breakage, heat damage or any other reason we will replace or refund the affected bottles.
Most of the wines listed on World Wine are well known brands from around the world, often backed by reviews from the likes of James Halliday, Huone Hooke, Wine Spectator and The Wine Front. They are all prominent wines and so we do not offer replacements or refunds based on personal taste reasons.
To be eligible for a refund, the issue must be reported to World Wine customer service as soon as it is discovered. Refunds will not be available for issues reported 14 days after goods have been received.
