Located in the beautiful valley of Montoulieu, 20km north of Montpellier, Sauzet Winery is a magical place within a sumptuously preserved countryside - a paradise for vineyards and olive groves. Growing 14 different grape varieties along their 21 hectares of vineyards, Sauzet wines are known to be unique, surprising blends coming from small fields, small yields, and small vintages.
Yin Yang brings together two families of grape varieties, one from the Rhône with Syrah and Grenache, the other “ Atlantic ” with Cabernet and Merlot.
A surprising wine that encapsulates through the complexity of its aromas, the balance between strength, structure and tannins.
Intense note of red fruits, blackberry and blueberry. The palate is rounded and youthful. Overall this is an elegant fruit-driven wine.
