A Cremant made from Chardonnay, which with its fullness ensures charming drinking pleasure, the nose is expressive and the yeast provides a touch of opulence, lots of brioche, some yellow fruit, you feel like you are in a bakery, has an old-school champagne touch and a lot of charm. It continues in the same way on the palate, the fullness takes over the palate, the perlage exudes creamy opulence, even if it says Extra Brut on the bottle, it seems a little softer and gentler, the acidity only plays a very background role here. A great sparkling wine for anyone who likes soft fullness and intensity.
