A cornerstone of the Fontaine range, the 2025 Rosé is all about freshness, balance and quiet generosity. A thoughtful blend of Merlot, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, each variety plays its part in delivering lift, texture and flavour.
Hand-picked fruit is gently pressed with minimal skin contact, then fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve purity and vibrancy. A short period on fine lees adds softness and roundness without dulling the wine’s natural energy.
The result is a bright, aromatic rosé showing red berries, citrus peel and subtle floral notes, with lively acidity and a clean, refreshing finish. Effortless, polished and perfect for everyday enjoyment.
