The Hekate Sweet Passito Sicily IGT from Feudo Arancio is the expression of the aromatic richness of the grapes grown in the sunny, sandy terrains of the Sicilian estates. The result of a late harvest and meticulous natural drying of the grapes, this sweet wine enchants with its complexity. Visually, it displays a deep straw yellow colour. On the nose, the aroma is characteristic, distinctly fruity, and tropical, with delicate notes of jasmine, mango, and papaya. On the palate, it is a wine of structure, full-bodied, and harmonious, with a sweet taste perfectly balanced by a surprising fresh, citrus finish. Perfect as a dessert and meditation wine, it pairs beautifully with baked desserts, dry pastries, and tarts, but is also intriguing with semi-aged cheeses and tropical fruit. Serve at 14°-16° C to enhance all its nuances.
