After 8 years of aging in oak barrels in the tradition of aged rums HSE, this special vintage received a finish 6 months in barrels of Fino & Olorosso Sherry.This "Sherry Finish" offers old agricole rum HSE , extra, finesse, distinction and exoticism. Tasting Notes: The nose, very elegant, opens with cigar box notes, aromas of toasted hazelnuts and raisins.The mouth, round and balanced blends into harmony with precious wood, prunes and spicy flavours.The sweet notes are borrowed from Sherry.
