This Rosé is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Gris. The three grape varieties were hand-picked and the whole bunch pressed. After being fermented for 4 months in French oak, the wine was bottled with minimal sulphur and wild yeast. The resultant drink showcases a medium copper colour. A lifted nose of red fruit aromas typical to Pinot Noir is complemented by hints of rose petal. Pinot Gris adds texture and weight to the palate that is driven by flavours of grapefruit, nashi pear, lime juice and rose petal. These elements make way for a fresh finale. You may enjoy it with seafood like prawn or fish.
