Crafted from organically certified Canne Bleue sugarcane, Juste Macouba is J.M. Rhum's first organic white rum. Distilled in a Creole column still and slowly reduced with spring water from Mount Pelée, this limited release captures the purest expression of terroir and tradition.
Tasting Notes:
Freshly cut sugarcane, lime zest, and floral intensity on the nose, followed by anise and white pepper on the palate. The finish is crisp and persistent with citrus and spice.
Serving Suggestions:
Enjoy neatness to appreciate its expressive complexity, or mix it into a 'Ti' Punch, Daiquiri, or the signature Macouba Bio Coco for a fresh twist.
