The colour is strong, yellow gold, brilliant and limpid. The nose is smoky and mineral. The attack is lively and ample. The palate is powerful and structured with a beautiful substance. The finish is delicious and fruity.

Age of vines: 40 years old Vinification: Hand-picked, long & slow pressing. Cold settling prefermentation then fermentation in old oak foudre with native yeasts.
Elevage: On lees in old oak foudre Production: 1 307 bottles
Soil Type: Slopes inclined at 45 degrees overlooking the town of Niedermorschwihr. Granite arena facing south. Arid and dry land.
Offers subtlety and great delicacy to the wine from this terroir. Cépages: Pinot Gris (RS 22.83g/L)
