Carefully selected vines, grapes ripened to a golden colour by the sunshine, low yields, and a lengthy maturing period all combine to create this wine’s characteristic aromatic complexity and power. There is exceptional length on the palate for this white wine, which offers an aromatic depth and complexity with almost miraculous harmony. Aromas of dried fruit, quince, honey, and gingerbread.
