This creates the most beautiful, crispest and freshest Australian Chardonnay, possessing both richness of fruit, fatness and elegant minerality.
The scent is seductive, fruity and aromatic with notes of tropical fruits that meet with fresh citrus, crisp minerality and toasted notes from the barrel aging.
The taste is voluminous, juicy, dry and mineral, where you encounter fruity notes of exotic pineapple, white stone fruits and lime, which are combined with green apples in a nice long finish, with the fatness of butter and toasted notes from the barrel aging, as well as the elegance of minerality.
Good, fresh and crisp as an aperitif, but also a particularly good companion to fish and seafood dishes such as; grilled/buttered white fish, fried scallops, grilled squid/calamari and grilled seafood, as well as dishes with grilled white meat.
Enjoy the wine at 8-10°C and preferably in large Burgundy glasses!
