We also have access to more than 5000 fine wines from around the world through our local supplier network. Sometimes a vintage changes, or our suppliers sell out of stock without us yet being able to push through a timely update on our website.

By blending a number of parcels of night-harvested grapes from our vineyards in the Central Ranges of NSW and fermenting the wine with cultured yeasts in stainless steel, our winemakers have created a bright, crisp and fruit-driven dry white wine with Pinot Gris’ trademark texture and vitality. It is a flavoursome wine tasting of juicy pears, apple and melon.
