We also have access to more than 5000 fine wines from around the world through our local supplier network. Sometimes a vintage changes, or our suppliers sell out of stock without us yet being able to push through a timely update on our website.

Elegant, fruity aroma with hints of wild strawberries, blood grapes and a nice bready note. Dry, fresh, fruity and elegant taste with hints of brioche, sun-warmed strawberries, blood orange and grapefruit.
After the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and allowed to ferment in temperature-controlled, stainless steel tanks. The grape varieties are vinified separately. The Pinot Noir has been macerated with skin contact for a couple of hours and this is what gives the wine its pink color when blended. The wine ferments a second time in the bottle to get its bubbles, the so-called Metodo Classico. The wine is aged for 24 months on its lees before being disgorged and released for sale. Dosage: 7g / liter.
Excellent as an aperitif or with fish and seafood dishes.
