Unico Zelo’s bright, aromatic take on Italian reds, blending Nebbiolo, Barbera and Sangiovese from a single vineyard in Polish Hill River.
Barbera lifts the nose with rhubarb, red cherry and pomegranate, while Nebbiolo adds fine, crunchy tannins and flavours of blueberry, strawberry and gentle red licorice. Sangiovese brings freshness and red-fruited energy. Fermented and matured in stainless steel with no oak, the style is juicy, vibrant and effortlessly drinkable.
