About this Wine

Harvested entirely by hand in crates, gently destemmed , and fermented on the skins at a controlled temperature of 20°C for 10 days. Maturation takes place in steel tanks at a constant temperature . After this period, the final blending and bottling take place . TASTING NOTES: Deep ruby red in color, it has a scent of wild strawberries, a persistent, pleasant, and savory finish. Youthful, vinous, fragrant, and full-bodied. FURTHER INFORMATION: Pairings: aperitif wine, white meats, fresh cheeses. Longevity: 3-4 years. Serving temperature: 16°C.
