"A tightly held pinot noir from the Great Southern. Aromas of cherry and spice. The palate is smoothy integrated with the fine linear tannins and neatly weighted oak working harmoniously. It’s medium to light bodied but with power and length."
Select parcels of premium Pinot Noir from across the Great Southern region are crushed and fermented. Following a gentle maceration the wine is transferred into French Oak barrels where it undergoes maturation for a period of 12 months.

Aromatics of Cherry Flesh and red berry fruits.
Palate
The fruit driven palate is layered with cedar and spice as a result of the French Oak. The wine has a spicy core and a soft savoury finish.
