Colour: Vibrant ruby red with purple hues. Nose: Blackcurrant, wild berries, toasty, licoriceand a hint of peppermint. Palate: A medium bodied wine, a slight tarriness with black cherry and raspberry combines with the mild tannins and a hint of oak to make a great food wine. Food Matches: A tapas selection followed by roast stuffed peppers.
