Eye: straw yellow with pale gold highlights Slow and fine tears
On the nose: a complex and gourmet nose with aromas of fruits such as pear, prune, corner, orange zest but also nuts such as almond as well as aromas already developed of ageing such as vanilla and cinnamon
On the palate: A sharp and frank attack accompanied by beautiful aromas of pear giving way to a sweet mid-palate and encompassing fruity and floral flavours to finish on a sweet warmth bringing spicy notes, liquorice, vanilla, of chocolate and a final of passion runs away.
