Our 150th anniversary cuvée is the elite of Grande Champagne, first cru, kept in our cellars to celebrate Jules NORMANDIN the founder and his legacy. This Cognac, cask strength, has the particularity of having been aged in casks made from hundred years old oak trees from the estate COGNAC NORMANDIN-MERCIER, at Château de La Péraudière. Deep amber colour A complex nose combining aromas of vanilla, toasted hazelnut and sandalwood On the palate, a frank attack giving way to the subtlety and finesse of Grande Champagne underlined by notes of prune, dried apricot and violet. To be enjoyed whenever you like: as an aperitif, with dishes or as a digestive.
