Appearance
Pale straw with bright green hues, displaying brilliant clarity and a pristine appearance. The wine's delicate colour and vibrant green tinges reflect the youthful vibrancy and fresh fruit character typical of premium Margaret River white blends, whilst the luminous hue suggests the wine's crisp, radiant nature.
Aroma
Super bright and expressive aromatics of yellow grapefruit pith, green mango and crushed lime leaf create an inviting bouquet. The nose showcases the aromatic intensity of Sauvignon Blanc combined with the complexity that defines this classic Margaret River blend, with the non-interventionist winemaking allowing the region and varieties to speak with loud, clear voices.
Palate
This dynamic wine is bright and punchy with green melon, passionfruit and guava. A vibrant citrus side brings succulent acidity whilst fine phenolics add dimension. The supple texture coupled with driving minerality creates an approachable yet elegant wine, with the generous texture from Semillon adding palate weight developed through several months of ageing on lees. Senior Winemaker Coralie Lewis notes that this warm vintage maintains tension and focus, with bright summer fruit flavours beautifully balanced.
Pairs With
This versatile blend pairs beautifully with yuzu-infused kingfish sashimi, Thai prawn salad, crispy zucchini and Parmesan fritters, fresh oysters, grilled prawns, and herb-crusted fish, whilst its vibrant acidity also complements goat's cheese and Asian-inspired seafood dishes.

Margaret River Wine

In the southwest of Western Australia, the Margaret River wine region is unique in that it is the most maritime-influenced region in all of Australia. The cool Indian ocean breezes come in through the summer to keep the temperatures around the vines steady resulting in an unusually even accumulation of warmth in the growing season. It is also quite dry as interestingly less than 20% of the annual rainfall occurs as the grapes are growing. The region’s climatic factors have been compared to what Bordeaux would be like in a dry season. While the region’s total production is relatively small (3% of Australia’s total wine production), it is responsible for 20% of our premium wine market.
Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz as well as Bordeaux blends are all very popular red wine options in the region.
For whites, refreshing blends of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon as well as complex, age worthy Chardonnays are the specialties.
