Francis Darroze, an esteemed authority in the industry, maintains that the desired balance of flavors, tannins, and alcohol is only achieved after 15 years of aging in oak casks. The bottling date is always specified to verify the true age of the Armagnac. The Darroze family takes pride in their refusal to blend their eau-de-vies, ensuring that each Bas-Armagnac in their "Unique Collection" is distinct and exceptional.
