Colour : Green-gold with yellow-gold highlights. Nose: With notes of yellow fruit such as mirabelle plum, enhanced by notes of sweet spices with a hint of vanilla. Palate: Unctuous, tender and warm, with very slightly toasted notes. The finish is chiselled and refined, with a nice salivating sapidity. Food Pairings : Carpaccio of scallops, fish tartar, or roast poultry.
