Mulline Single Vineyard Sutherlands Creek Fumé Blanc 2024 is a sophisticated, barrel-fermented Sauvignon Blanc sourced from the Strathmore Vineyard in Sutherlands Creek, planted in 1988 on granite-based soils. Fermented naturally with full solids and matured for eight months in barrel, including 30% new Austrian oak, the wine delivers a more textured and complex interpretation of Sauvignon Blanc than the typical fresh-fruited style.
