Mulline Sutherlands Creek Riesling 2025 is a vibrant and finely tuned Riesling sourced from the Strathmore Vineyard in Sutherlands Creek, planted in 1998 on grey and brown loams over fragmented granite soils. Naturally fermented with full solids, the wine combines intense citrus purity with texture and mineral precision. Aromas of lime zest, green apple, white blossom, and citrus peel lead into a palate layered with lemon, grapefruit, crunchy orchard fruit, and granite-driven minerality. The 2025 release carries approximately 17g/L residual sugar, creating a delicate off-dry style that is beautifully balanced by bright natural acidity and low alcohol (11%). The result is a wine of freshness, energy, and length, with a crisp, mouthwatering finish. It is an excellent match for seafood, spicy Asian cuisine, and fresh summer dishes, while also possessing the structure to develop additional complexity with cellaring
