About this Wine

Ripe citrus and stone fruit on the nose, with a touch of fresh herbs and cut grass. Aromatics of citrus pollen and white florals are nuanced adding complexity. The palate is generous with primary fruit. Skin contact fermentation supplies a textured balance in tandem with a persistent vibrant acid line and subtle nuance of barrel complexity. Polperro and Even Keel wines was started by Sam Coverdale in 2006 who adopts minimal intervention and sustainable practices with sites across Mornington Peninsula, Snowy Mountains and Canberra.
