The palate has a fine-boned structure with cherry stained strawberry fruit and crisp pastry character enlivened further by alpine mineral nuance. There is so much detail and prettiness for a wine of such majesty.
The fruit is sourced from high altitude vineyards up to 730m and spends a minimum of 60 months on lees. This unique, dry sparkling is a must for lovers of ultra fine Pinot Noir based Champagne. Disgorged early 2021
