Mansfield, Victoria. Sweet florals of violet and rose,with notes of sour cherry and tobacco leaf, grounded with earthy, savoury flavours. Fine but pronounced grape tannins and a good acidity add to the structure of the wine, which has been matured in 2 to 3 year old French oak barriques for 20 months. Enjoy with beef daubes, pork and game.
