James Halliday – "Despite the heartbreak of low yields, meaning there are no single-block chardonnays this vintage, there is this exceptional wine. A perfect amalgam of stone fruit and citrus, zest and spice, savoury oak and cedar, mouth-watering acidity and creamy lees. A delicious wine. Get it while you can." James Halliday Wine Companion Awards 2024
About This Wine
Fresh, pure and intense. Grapefruit, citrus blossom and a hint of lime, with a lovely flinty note underlying. The palate is intense with layers of deeply textured and concentrated fruit. A tightly wound and piercingly intense mineral finish that goes on and on.

Mornington Peninsula Wines
South of Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula grape growing region has a cool, maritime climate that is most known for their Pinot Noir and Chardonnay production. Other varieties that have seen some success here include Pinot Gris and Tempranillo.
However, it does seem that Pinot Noir is their focus judging from the fact that The Mornington Peninsula International Pinot Noir Celebration is held once every two years. The event displays the region’s capabilities in making some of Australia’s finest Pinot Noir in front of local and international audiences.
