About this Wine

The 2025 Stonier Merricks Chardonnay is a concentrated cool-climate white from Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, sourced from selected blocks within Merricks, particularly the Estate and Thompson Vineyard. These low-yielding sites include some of the region’s oldest continuously planted Chardonnay vines, giving the wine depth while retaining freshness.

On the palate, it is medium-bodied with bright acidity and a finely textured feel, showing fresh citrus and stone fruit with subtle savoury and mineral characters. The natural concentration of the Merricks fruit provides depth and length while maintaining the precise, refreshing structure associated with Mornington Peninsula Chardonnay.
