Iconic Mornington Peninsula rose, Produced from fruit across all of the wineries vineyards covering most sub regions of the Peninsula. Selection is based on parcels which showcase a lovely depth of fruit and balanced acidity allowing for a detailed Pinot Noir rose with incredible varietal characteristics. Red currant and spice with a cherry lift on the aromatics, a delicate blush pink hue highlights the elegance of this wine.
The Pinot Noir was all hand picked and sorted before a light pressing of whole bunches, the juice was transferred to stainless steel and mature French oak barrels, ferment occurred with natural yeasts. Barrels are monitored closely before blending, ensuring only the finest wines enter the blend. The wine is lightly filtered before bottling for a brilliant clear finish.

Mornington Peninsula Wines
South of Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula grape growing region has a cool, maritime climate that is most known for their Pinot Noir and Chardonnay production. Other varieties that have seen some success here include Pinot Gris and Tempranillo.
However, it does seem that Pinot Noir is their focus judging from the fact that The Mornington Peninsula International Pinot Noir Celebration is held once every two years. The event displays the region’s capabilities in making some of Australia’s finest Pinot Noir in front of local and international audiences.
