Sweet Allis 2024 is Ten Minutes by Tractor's beautifully balanced sweet Riesling from the Mornington Peninsula. Named after the historic Allis family who originally farmed the property, the wine combines intense aromatic purity with vibrant natural acidity. Delicate aromas of lime blossom, jasmine, citrus peel and green apple lead into a luscious palate layered with lemon curd, mandarin and honeyed notes. Despite its sweetness, the wine remains fresh, precise and elegant, with acidity providing lift and length. The finish is pure, bright and lingering, making it an excellent match for fruit desserts, blue cheese or simply enjoyed on its own. It can be enjoyed young for its freshness or cellared for further complexity over the next decade.

Mornington Peninsula Wines

South of Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula grape growing region has a cool, maritime climate that is most known for their Pinot Noir and Chardonnay production. Other varieties that have seen some success here include Pinot Gris and Tempranillo.
However, it does seem that Pinot Noir is their focus judging from the fact that The Mornington Peninsula International Pinot Noir Celebration is held once every two years. The event displays the region’s capabilities in making some of Australia’s finest Pinot Noir in front of local and international audiences.
